I think it’s safe to say that my own bell of hope has been ringing away quite merrily this week, heralding in new beginnings with a new job, and yes, it is indeed a beautiful sound.

Diesel Park West, the Leicester band that never managed to emerge from the shadows of The Stone Roses and Happy Mondays, with the music press always considering them slightly out of step with the time and often just ignoring them. Such a shame.
